Job Title: Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing service visits, scheduling engineers, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule service visits with customers and vendors
  • Manage engineer schedules and ensure timely completion of services
  • Respond to breakdown repair requests and minimize rescheduling
  • Work closely with customers and vendors to ensure successful service delivery

 

Requirements:
  • Third-level qualification in a relevant field (science qualification advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial input
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and multitask
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of planning and administrative tools (SAP/Smartsheet)
