Job Title: Site Manager

About the Role:

  • Oversees construction of new residential developments.
  • Directs site supervision, including coordination of direct staff, trades and subcontractors on multiple sites.
  • Attends meetings with senior management to report project progress.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for local authorities.
  • Conducts weekly toolbox talks and coordinates whiteboard meetings.
  • Maintains accurate site records according to works done.
  • Ensures accurate interpretation of drawings for completion of works.
  • Supervises site activities to ensure quality, timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinates daily site requirements, labor, material ordering and meeting deadlines.
  • Executes company compliance, health & safety procedures and records site operations performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing residential projects is essential.
  • Preferred engineering background or similar construction management/trades qualification.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of apartment construction aspects.
  • Strong IT skills are mandatory (Microsoft Suite including Project).
