Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled site operations manager to lead the execution of our construction projects in Cork, Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site staff and sub-contractors to facilitate project delivery.
  • Liaise with site management to ensure all project plans and schedules are met.
  • Oversee the design process to guarantee best value, buildable solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and good practice principles.
  • Manage health and safety requirements, promoting continuous improvement on sites.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant certifications and authorisations associated with industry standards for this role.
  • Excellent organisational and delegating skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, including maps, sketches, drawings, specifications, and manuals.
  • Knowledge of and competence in all aspects of Health & Safety legislation.
