About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the ServiceNow platform by leading business analysis efforts, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Lead the review and analysis of current and future ServiceNow business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and develop both high-level and detailed business models to support solution design.
  • Solution Identification: Identify and validate technical solutions, contributing to strategic planning and business justification.
  • Communication: Communicate critical findings and recommendations to senior management, supporting organisational change initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in business analysis within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and implement technical solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering insights to leadership.
  • Cross-Project Solutions: Ability to look for strategic solutions for the client and provide cross-project solutions.
