We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual who can drive business growth, manage teams effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Strategic leadership in the reopening process including setup, staff recruitment, training, and launch planning.
  • Team management: hire, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house teams.
  • Maintenance of high standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
  • Revenue generation through excellent service, upselling, and event planning.
  • Collaboration with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth FOH operations.
  • Implementation of systems and procedures for inventory, stock control, and ordering.
  • Budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting with a focus on cost control and profitability.
  • Effective handling of customer feedback to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
