Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development of industrialization projects for medical implants and instruments within an international environment.

  • This role involves coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams across multiple sites, working in close collaboration with teams from other departments (R&D, Operations, etc.).
  • The successful candidate will contribute to establishing and deploying best practices in project management, as well as implementing the department's overall strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deploy engineering projects by building schedules, budgets, and resources linked to the creation of manufacturing flows.
  • Supervise and coordinate the project team, working in collaboration with internal departments and subcontractors across multiple sites.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a rigorous project management methodology aimed at optimizing processes, defining clear operational standards, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent required.
  • Project management certification through an accredited organization is preferred.
