Experienced Data Privacy Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data privacy efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing data protection policies, DSARs and retention projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data protection policies, DSARs and retention projects.
  • Review DPAs, privacy notices and contractual clauses.
  • Support responses to security queries, regulatory investigations and data breaches.
  • Conduct DPIAs and maintain the firm's ROPA.
  • Deliver tailored privacy training and promote privacy-by-design principles.
  • Act as the firm's contact with regulatory bodies, monitoring developments and advising stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A third-level qualification in law or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in privacy/data protection.
  • A strong background in compliance frameworks.
  • Professional certification (CIPP/E, CIPM) is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection law.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
