About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our field sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, conducting site assessments, and delivering expert advice on tailored solar PV solutions.

  • Meet with homeowners to discuss their energy needs and provide personalized recommendations for solar PV systems.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to determine property suitability for solar PV installations.
  • Presentation of detailed proposals covering system design, savings, grant eligibility, and ROI to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals confidently and efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in residential/field sales (solar, energy, or home improvements desirable).
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently on the road.
  • Technically minded with an ability to learn solar basics and grant schemes (full training provided).
