Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to join our in-house legal team within a leading international renewable energy business.

  • Supporting the company's operations by reviewing title, preparing land agreements, and assisting with due diligence and funding processes
  • Collaborating with external counsel to ensure smooth transaction execution
  • Maintaining virtual data room platforms (e.g., iDeals, DataSite, DropBox) and managing documentation for large-scale transactions
  • Providing high-quality stakeholder management and communication skills to internal and external parties

About You:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with 3–7 years of experience in energy, real estate, or corporate transactions. Your expertise should include:

  • Reviewing title and preparing land agreements
  • Skillful in supporting due diligence and assisting with funding and M&A processes
  • Familiarity with virtual data room platforms and comfort managing documentation for large-scale transactions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
