About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth strategy by acquiring new customers across diverse industries.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue fresh business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients through proactive communication.

  • Engage with prospective customers via email, chat, and phone calls to respond promptly and provide insightful information about our products.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and pain points to gauge their level of interest in our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing practices to sustain engagement and interest.
  • Educate prospects on our product features and value proposition, guiding them through the initial sales process and preparing them for further engagement.
  • Schedule meetings for Sales Representatives and Executives.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS or construction technology.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages, like German, French, or Nordic languages, is a significant advantage.
