Construction Leadership Role

  • To develop comprehensive construction strategies incorporating systems and processes.

Maintain detailed reporting systems aligned with project requirements. Establish efficient filing and records retrieval systems. Examine and manage construction budgets to ensure realistic quantification and incorporation into project planning systems.

  • To ensure seamless interfaces between engineering and procurement deliverables that meet commissioning and start-up requirements.
  • Implement Arcadis Health, Safety, Environment, Security (HSES) and quality policies among supervised staff and project contractors.
  • Lead the Construction Management team, providing overall management of Work Package contractors.

Foster collaborative relationships between client teams and Arcadis CMT. Conduct constructability reviews focusing on logistics, HSES, quality, contract strategy, work packages, schedule, and risk. Produce constructability reports to support project objectives.

  • To ensure projects achieve HSES, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Establish effective communication and coordination between construction sites and home office task forces/departments.

  • Retrofit project for a Biopharma client in south Dublin area.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a lead Construction Manager.
  • Experience managing live Biotech/Pharma projects is essential.
