Job Summary

The Senior Payroll Specialist role involves administering complete in-house semi-monthly payroll processes for employees across the USA and Canada.

This position reports directly to the Global Payroll Manager, based in Dublin, Ireland, and plays a crucial part in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years' experience processing payrolls, with strong knowledge of USA and Canada specific payroll tax, pension, benefits and wage laws.

You will be highly proficient in data entry, ADP Workforce Now platform, Workday experience, and Excel and Word.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer in-house semi-monthly payroll processes
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Maintain strong knowledge of USA and Canada specific payroll tax, pension, benefits and wage laws

Requirements
