Lead EH&S Specialist

Drive business growth and expansion by spearheading the development of a comprehensive Environmental Health and Safety strategy.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety plans, protocols, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on EH&S performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support training and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of EH&S responsibility.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in large-scale construction or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S legislation and best practices.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
