
Organizational Development Manager

This role will have a significant impact on the company by taking ownership of allocated project management activities, guiding cross-functional projects from inception to successful execution and ensuring all deliverables meet strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building effective relationships within the business, providing managers and associates with professional and proactive support through engagement activities.
- Analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations on improvements to processes and practices.
- Actively supporting business unit-related projects and implementation from a people perspective.
- Driving HR projects aligned to the strategic People Plan, including defining project scope, creating project plans/timelines, anticipating potential roadblocks and risks, and raising and solving issues as they arise.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in the office. The company supports a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.
Requirements:- Previous project management experience within HR.
- Experience of HR business partnering within a matrix organisation on a wide range of HR topics, providing expert advice to managers and employees, preferably in a business process consultancy environment.
- Change management experience with the ability to lead standalone projects and work as part of a global HR network.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and improvement opportunities.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
- Capable of working with a wide range of people and cultural backgrounds.
