Senior Retrofit Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of retrofit projects in the Dublin area.
The Role Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
- Oversee multiple projects and teams, taking ownership of each project and working closely with clients, direct staff, and subcontractors.
- Liaise with design teams to ensure works are completed according to programme.
- Report to and support senior management to ensure smooth project completion.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors, coordinating weekly progress meetings, workshops, and action plans.
- Ensure quality of work by monitoring construction and coordinating with project stakeholders.
- Degree in Construction Management or related field is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing retrofit schemes and warmer homes schemes in Leinster region.
- Proven record of overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Experience in retrofitting in Ireland and effective project management skills.
- Ability to manage site programmes and associated schedules to meet deadlines and update programmes as necessary.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and thorough knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
