
Regulation Compliance Specialist

The Building Control (Amendment) Regulations Coordinator role is crucial to our organization's success.
This position ensures compliance with regulations and manages ISO standards across offices and project sites, supporting site management teams in achieving BCMS validation, coordinating with certifiers, overseeing ISO processes, and contributing to quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Coordinate with assigned and ancillary certifiers at all stages, managing submission of notices, inspection plans, trackers, and certification documentation.
- Ensure inspection records, site diaries, photos, and product certificates are maintained and provided for BCMS validation.
- Oversee completion and submission of ancillary certificates and the certificate of compliance on completion.
- Manage ISO compliance across offices and sites, preparing for external audits, conducting internal QEHS and CDE audits, and reporting findings.
- Support meetings, surveys, archiving, handover templates, and CSRD data collection.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Quality, Environmental, Project Management, Construction, or other relevant discipline.
- Previous experience coordinating BC(A)R compliance within the construction industry (desirable).
- Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 essential; exposure to 27001/50001/19650 desirable).
- Proven ability to coordinate with certifiers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Experience preparing for and supporting external ISO audits.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and software including: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint / OneDrive; Procore; Smartsheet.
