Site Engineer Role

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Engineer to join our team on a multi-phase residential project in Limerick.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and within safety standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and contingency strategies, and collaborating with architects, consultants, and site teams to optimize construction efficiency.

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practices.

As a key point of contact, the Site Engineer will liaise with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Additional requirements include conducting site surveys and levelling in line with drawings and specifications, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and providing regular updates, reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
