We are seeking an experienced automation professional to lead cutting-edge manufacturing projects. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to the highest standards.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring automation systems meet industry standards.
  • You will provide expert technical support to project and site automation teams, contributing to the successful execution of major capital projects.
  • Maintain validated DeltaV DCS automation systems, designing and developing automation applications and infrastructure that drive business growth.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and production support processes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance to project and site automation teams.
  • Maintain DeltaV DCS automation systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Design and develop automation applications and infrastructure, driving process improvements.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and production support processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep technical expertise in DeltaV DCS systems and data historian and reporting systems.
  • Experience with control system/shop floor integration, S88 batch processing, facility commissioning and startup.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, familiarity with GMP environments and regulatory inspections.
  • Excellent project execution and documentation review skills, vendor management experience.
