Job Title: Senior Manager of Mobile Engineering

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Software Development teams and elevate our software engineering capabilities. You will instil a culture of continuous improvement and innovate our mobile solutions offering.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android, with strong knowledge and understanding of mobile development technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Swift, as well as key frameworks like React Native and Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of mobile applications with expertise in Agile methodologies, version control, CI/CD, rapid exploration, incubation, and automated testing.
  • Develop high-standard customer experiences through mobile channels, leveraging expertise in user experience (UX) design.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with significant expertise in mobile architecture and its associated design patterns.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and commercial acumen, with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
