We are currently seeking highly motivated and compassionate Social Care Workers to join our team in a residential setting, supporting the needs of vulnerable children seeking international protection.

Job Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to separated children, promoting their overall well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual support plans tailored to each child's specific needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of service delivery, identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Third Level Qualification in Applied Social Studies or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a caring role, preferably within a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements
