Social Care Worker/Senior Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our multidisciplinary team as a Social Care Worker or Senior Support Worker. The successful candidate will provide direct support to children and adults with medium to profound disabilities, including life-limiting conditions.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team that prioritizes the health, wellbeing, and development of individuals in their care. As a member of our team, you will work closely with psychologists, behavioral therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists to deliver person-centered care and promote independence and community integration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to individuals in daily activities and routines
  • Support the development, health, and wellbeing of individuals
  • Maintain accurate records and files for HIQA inspections
  • Engage with families, clinicians, and the community
  • Promote positive support programs and independence
  • Stay updated on social care policies and sector changes
Requirements:
  • Qualification at Level 7 or above in Social Care, Social Science, Psychology, Education, Youth & Community, or related field
  • Full manual driving license valid in Ireland
