Cloud Solution Specialist

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role will be responsible for engaging with customers and key decision-makers to deliver a connected customer experience and drive customer satisfaction through digital sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and key decision-makers to deliver a connected customer experience and drive customer satisfaction through digital sales excellence.
  • Be the key trusted advisor and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy and adopt Microsoft Azure solutions by winning the customers' technical decision for consumption projects and usage scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Digital Specialists, extended sales teams, and partners to conduct business analysis and pursue high-potential customers.
  • Orchestrate technical demonstrations with other Technical Sales roles to showcase how Microsoft Azure can meet customer's business and technical objectives.
  • Engage in conversations with customers to introduce how workloads could enable digital transformation aligned with the customer's industry.
  • Build relationships with leadership and field stakeholders to enable team success.
  • Apply the orchestration model to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders, leveraging and expanding relationships with partners, and creating demand through industry use cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
