Lead Food Safety Auditor Role

A leading food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Lead Food Safety Auditor & Technical Advisor to manage internal and external audits, ensure compliance with company standards, and promote a culture of food safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage third-party accreditations for farm sites across the business.
  • Assist in managing the company's Quality Management System.
  • Organize audit dates with third-party bodies.
  • Conduct regular internal audits.
  • Promote a culture of food safety.
  • Conduct gap analysis of new standards and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in auditing within the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (Bord Bia, Red Tractor, BRCGS).
  • Degree in a related field (desired).
  • Knowledge or experience with HACCP Principles (desired).
  • Valid driving license.
