Regional Maintenance Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of maintenance programmes across Leinster Region, ensuring compliance with statutory standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe homes for tenants and staff through compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.
  • Track, report, and arrange remedial works following Local Authority Inspections.
  • Assist in delivering annual component replacement and deep retrofit programmes.
  • Supervise and report on regional asset management budget.
  • Ensure procurement of services and materials complies with company policy.
  • Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Asset Management Helpdesk for member requests.
  • Support Housing Management in delivering excellent service to members.
Requirements:
  • NFQ Level 7 qualification in property, engineering, or construction discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in asset management or maintenance role.
  • Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Full 'Class B' EU driver's licence or equivalent.
  • Experience with CAFM or CRM software desirable.
