Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily Human Capital operations and providing support to employees across all transactions within Workday, including benefits, time off, and leave of absence tracking.

About the Role

This position will collaborate closely with the global Human Capital (HC), Corporate Services, and Real Estate teams to enhance system processes and achieve overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Be a subject matter expert in all Human Capital Operations activities and business processes, providing guidance and support to the HR team and employees.
  • Workday Employee Data Management: Process hires, exits, transfers, and other employee data changes.
  • Ensure data is accurate and that processes are moving along efficiently.
  • Position Management and Reporting: Support position management and reporting in Workday and Greenhouse, ensuring data is accurate and complete.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Guide new joiners through pre-hire and onboarding processes, and assist leavers as they exit the firm, ensuring a smooth transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 18 months of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services firm.
  • Experience on Workday.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Must be skilled with Excel.
  • Understanding of HR processes and regulations in the EMEA region.
  • Experience managing processes and data in Workday, Greenhouse ATS, and ServiceNow strongly preferred.
