  • Champion a culture of data literacy and insight-led decision-making across the organization, fostering collaboration and expertise development.\
  • Lead the prioritization and delivery of high-impact data products and insights solutions, aligning to business goals and measurable outcomes.\
  • Oversee the development of dashboards, predictive models, and self-service analytics tools that empower business users to make informed decisions.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data products are scalable, governed, and trusted.\
  • Develop and mentor a distributed team of analytics professionals embedded across business units.\
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.\
  • Ensure all insights and data products adhere to governance standards, including data quality, privacy, and ethical practices.\
  • Contribute to the development of analytics capabilities through coaching, training, and participation in our data literacy program.\
  • Link insights to key business metrics, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.\\/ul>\
