Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive medium to high complexity technical projects from concept to launch using cutting-edge technologies to meet evolving market demands.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage projects end-to-end with clear timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Innovate novel solutions and create competitive advantage through application innovation projects from ideation to launch.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a passion for food and beverage innovation, strong project management skills, and a collaborative mindset.

You will also have experience in technical product development ideally within beverages, a customer-first approach, and the ability to translate insights into action.

A BSc in Food Science or equivalent is required, along with experience in evaluation of ingredients in beverage applications, a strong innovation mindset, and commercial acumen.
