About The Role

As a key member of our team, you will lead development and application activities across meat projects, ensuring all products meet legal and compositional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance current products and pioneer new ideas.
  • Coordinate product launches, overseeing trials at manufacturing sites.
  • Proactively develop solutions that align with company promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct research to stay ahead of market developments and infuse fresh insights into our offerings.
  • Manage projects from initiation to launch, leveraging strong project management skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application concerns, acting as a reliable technical partner for customers.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key account peers, establishing yourself as a trusted solutions partner.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Prior experience in the food industry is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent is required.
  • Strong knowledge of meat technologies and processing is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting customer production lines is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of food ingredients is crucial.
  • Experience collaborating with customers is desirable.
  • Competent IT skills are essential.
