Production Technician

This role involves working with technology to enhance production processes and ensure quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in project management.

  • Support the development of new technologies to improve production efficiency and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute projects
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and validation records
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot automation systems to optimize performance
  • Interface with engineering staff and shift leaders to resolve maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of medical device industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
