The Role

As a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, providing care and support to our service users on a daily basis. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting individuals with their daily plans and activities
  • Accompanying service users in the community
  • Assisting with education, skills development, and personal outcomes
  • Helping with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry

You will also be responsible for maintaining professional working relationships with our team members and service users, adhering to all company policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline (or relevant life experience)
  • A full driver's license (essential)
  • A good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people
