Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide care and support to individuals with complex needs. Our organisation offers a comprehensive induction process, continuous professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily plans and providing community support
  • Aiding education, skill development, and personal outcomes
  • Supporting individuals with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and appointments

This role requires shift work, including 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We expect all staff to adhere to our policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:
  • No formal qualification is required for Assistant Support Workers (training provided)
  • Social Care Workers require a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline (CORU registration required)
  • All staff must have a full driver's licence or be in the process of achieving one
