Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manufacturing engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.

About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer - Process Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing engineering plans to design, test, and validate new manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Design, test, and validate new manufacturing processes using the latest engineering techniques and tools
• Collaborate with quality engineers to develop testing and inspection protocols to ensure product quality
• Analyze data to optimize manufacturing operations and make recommendations for process changes
• Lead or participate in capital acquisition activities, including specifying equipment, contract negotiation, installation, and validation
• Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing team members as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Proven track record of working in a team-based environment and leading cross-functional projects
