Transformative Operations Leader

The Operations Shift Supervisor will oversee the safe and compliant production of drug product materials, leading a team of direct reports to ensure clear communication of tasks and goals.
- Manage the planning and coordination of resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives, measuring, reporting, and owning key departmental metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality SOPs.
- Collaborate with other shift supervisors and internal/external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Support employee relations, performance reviews, and growth plans in partnership with HR.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in batch processing operations within an FDA/HPRA regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Detailed knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- At least 3 years' experience in a highly automated environment.
- Minimum 3 years' direct supervisory experience or relevant training.
