Job Title: Restaurant Operations LeaderThe Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds targets established for the store.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, counsel and develop assistant managers into self-sufficiency. You will also be able to plan and prioritize tasks, operate within the guidelines of the law, and adapt to new procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment, selection, placement, training, development, and HR plans
  • Investigate employee relations and customer complaints
  • Conduct in-house appraisals
  • Manage food costs, labour costs, customer count, QSC Audit, mystery shopper, and pizza audit scores
