Key Role: Team Member, Operations Leader

Role Purpose

The Operations Leader provides ongoing support to the Unit Manager to ensure that the outlet meets or exceeds established targets.

They work closely with training coordinators and staff at the unit level, focusing on operational excellence and team development.

Ongoing coaching and guidance are provided by the Unit Manager, with various responsibilities delegated as necessary.

The Operations Leader is fully accountable for customers, staff, operations, and cash on their shift.

They must ensure company policies are met in each area, taking ownership of results and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Lead and motivate the team, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
