We are seeking a senior mechanical design leader to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead a busy team providing design and technical services on various project types. This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of Mechanical Building Services Consultancy Design experience, preferably with Chartered status.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment driven by project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Revit, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT.

  • An ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects and priorities.
  • A minimum Degree qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Highly innovative and motivated with an attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mechanical Services design for a range of projects.
  • Design and specification of mechanical services for various types of buildings and sectors.
  • Production of detailed Schematics.
  • Mentoring of junior engineering staff.
  • Provide fully detailed tender packages and monitor installation/quality on site until project completion.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you must have:

  • Knowledge & experience working with Revit.
  • Exposure to mechanical layouts and systems.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, REVIT.
  • A Minimum Degree qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of Mechanical Building Services Consultancy Design experience.
  • Chartered status is a distinct advantage.
