Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Team Member

About the Job

This role is critical to the delivery and success of Pre-Filled Syringe operations within our Waterford site. As an integral part of a highly engaged operational team, you will be aligned with site business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain equipment as part of production lines to achieve required output levels.
  • Maintain schedule adherence ensuring Right First Time (RFT).
  • Complete tasks as per relevant SOPs/WIs and training requirements.
  • Adhere to aseptic practices and procedures.
  • Comply with dress code requirements respecting cGMP and PPE rules.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a cGMP environment.
  • Previous sterile experience desirable.
  • Competence in operating, cleaning, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • MES/SCADA and SAP experience beneficial.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of mechanical operations.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of cGMP.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of site KPIs.
