Job Title: People Operations Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a People Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR administration support, including recruitment, retention coordination, and point-of-contact for all employees.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week. You will also have the option to work remotely one day per week after a settling-in period.
