Job Overview

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain customs and compliance team. This key position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and agility of our global supply chain in support of commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customs and trade strategy.
  • Nurture relationships with customs brokers, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless compliance with relevant customs codes, trade agreements, and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory changes, adapting our customs operations accordingly.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers and internal teams to resolve complex compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits, regulatory reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Support the company's Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status through data-driven initiatives.
  • Lead master data governance across product, supplier, and trade fields, promoting data quality and consistency.
  • Evaluate and improve data quality for critical supply chain fields, driving business insights.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and validation checks for data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive SKU rationalization efforts, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and eliminate obsolete SKUs, streamlining operations.
  • Ensure supply chain readiness for new product introductions and discontinuations, minimizing disruptions.
  • Design and deploy dashboards and reports covering customs performance, trade risk exposure, and key performance indicators.
