We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Manager to join our team in a large-scale, busy Food & Beverage operation at an Internationally Branded Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of guest service by ensuring seamless delivery of customer care standards
  • Recruit, train and develop a skilled team through effective leadership and coaching
  • Manage daily operations with a focus on efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer care skills with a strong ability to work under pressure
  • Prior experience in large-scale Food & Beverage operations within 4/5-Star hotels
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving results
