Assistant Floor Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Floor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a manager in a high-volume restaurant environment and a passion for Italian culture and cuisine. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the restaurant.
  • Driving sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborating with other managers to achieve business objectives.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for Italian culture and cuisine.
