Technical Lead for Resilience and Scalability

As a technical lead, you will oversee the design, management, and maintenance of tools to automate operational processes on AWS. You will be responsible for breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks, providing advice and mentoring to other engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders to establish service level objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct resiliency design reviews to ensure systems are stable and secure.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles.

This role requires strong technical expertise in multiple domains, including reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise system architecture. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
  • Advanced experience in reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise system architecture.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Deep knowledge of software applications and technical processes.
