We're seeking a seasoned project management professional to drive technical delivery excellence within our technology department. As a key team member, you'll oversee process improvement initiatives, lead change management efforts, and inform decision-making with data-driven insights.

  • Owning cross-departmental process development and expertise across technical domains">
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and introducing innovative ideas to drive progress">
  • Managing interdependencies and workflow across multiple teams">
  • Identifying, owning, and driving short- and long-term initiatives company-wide">
  • Leading lean principles and continuous improvement efforts using measurement and analysis">
  • Communicating risks and driving issue resolution in projects and programs">
  • Improving overall team technical delivery practices and leading cross-functional engagement">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 4+ years of technical project management experience, preferably with an engineering background">
  • Previous experience in Lean and Agile Methodologies (Lean, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks)">
  • Experience in Software Delivery and driving incremental change">
  • Ability to grasp complex technical issues and make informed decisions">
  • Adept at motivating, influencing, and guiding a technical delivery team">
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills">
