Technology Solution Manager

This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions to support investment management processes. Ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes is key.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage technology solution delivery projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Apply deep knowledge of investment management to guide solution design, delivery, and operational support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential for communicating complex technical concepts. Experience managing projects involving vendor solutions and in-house developed systems is required.

Necessary Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as a Technology Solution Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering complex investment technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of investment management processes, asset classes, and related technologies.
  • Agile and traditional project management methodologies proficiency, with relevant certifications preferred.

Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, are also required.
