We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Financial Planning team in delivering a full client service proposition.
  • Manage sales pipelines and conduct research to gather information for client financial plans.
  • Understand and address client enquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases as necessary.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Membership of LIA or IOB.
  • Up-to-date CPD in line with qualifications and regulatory requirements.
