Corporate Finance Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Manager/Senior Manager to join our expanding team.

  • This role will involve advising on business purchases, finance raisings, valuations, deal structuring, and financial modelling services.
  • Responsibilities also include managing various projects and stakeholders, reviewing proposals for new client work and developing client business plans.
  • Liaison with clients, financial institutions, and other intermediaries is essential.
  • The successful candidate will be required to develop their professional network to originate deal opportunities.
Key Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualification (two years minimum) and previous experience in corporate finance or transaction services are essential.
  • A strong background in written and verbal communication skills, as well as financial modelling capabilities, is necessary.
  • Leadership skills and team management experience are also highly valued.
