Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned estate agency professional to fill the role of Business Growth Specialist. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in supporting key valued clients across Ireland in maximizing their impact on the market and growing their businesses.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the property industry, with a strong track record of success as an estate agent or in working with estate agents to grow their businesses. They will possess deep market understanding and be able to inspire and drive results through collaborative enablement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the property sector and has a flair for business enablement, collaboration, and driving success through shared insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver advanced coaching sessions focused on optimizing business winning and advertising strategies.

  • Guide agents on best practices for:

    • Optimizing lead nurturing and conversion strategies to support them in winning new instructions.

    • Articulating the value of effective advertising to vendors.

    • Securing vendor-funded advertising effectively and confidently.

  • Host impactful in-person sessions for agencies across Ireland, ensuring practical and actionable takeaways.

  • Provide proactive post-training support, including tailored agency plans and follow-up check-ins to foster sustained performance.

  • Monitor key adoption and performance metrics for trained agents, offering insights to both agents and the commercial team.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify evolving needs and contribute to continuous product innovation.

Requirements

  • A proven track record as a successful former or current estate agent or experience in working with estate agents to grow their businesses.

  • Digital marketing acumen and a robust understanding of digital advertising principles and their practical application within the property sector.

  • Coaching and enablement skills, with the ability to inspire, build confidence, and drive the practical application of new strategies.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of building trust, facilitating productive discussions, and partnering with agents to support them in their business growth efforts.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand commercial objectives, interpret data, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
