Job Title: Senior Venue Coordinator

Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Venue Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure all restaurant and bar areas meet health and safety standards at all times.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Coordinate and manage reservations systems to optimize guest experience.
  • Develop floor plans based on expected covers to maximize space utilization.
  • Assist with food and beverage stock management, including ordering and stock counts.
  • Provide training support to the F&B team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage labor scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Handle cash transactions and prepare daily revenue reports in accordance with hotel SOPs.
  • Oversee service on the floor and at the bar to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, improve service, and increase product availability.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Individuals with a passion for hospitality, focusing on creating memorable experiences.
  • Able to work collaboratively, prioritizing teamwork and supporting colleagues.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, leading by example and empowering teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, remaining flexible and composed under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
