Job Summary

This is a senior tax leadership position where you will oversee a substantial portfolio of clients and collaborate closely with our partners to deliver innovative tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team in maintaining and developing client relationships, coordinating service offerings from other departments.
  • Oversee an integrated client service team working on a wide range of assignments to achieve client satisfaction and financial goals.
  • Contribute to collective targets for growth, billing, net fee income, and cash collection as well as personal and firm-wide goals.
  • Train student trainees and participate in business development initiatives.
About the Role
  • AITI qualified and/or a qualified accountant with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Currently working as an Assistant Manager, Manager, or equivalent in a practice environment.
  • Experience working with Irish and international clients providing innovative tax solutions.
  • Managing consultancy assignments in corporate tax, VAT, income tax, CGT, and CAT.
  • Managing corporate tax and VAT compliance, liaising with Revenue on client's behalf.
  • Advising clients on Irish domestic and international corporate tax matters and VAT issues.
  • Operational supervision of assignments and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent English language skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Organizational planning capabilities, ability to provide guidance to others, and excellent computer-literacy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
