Job Title

Spa Assistant Role Description

  • As a Spa Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests to the spa and ensure they have a pleasant experience.
  2. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all spa areas.
  3. Monitor sauna, steam-room, pool & jacuzzi to ensure high standards are met.
  4. Perform reception duties and administrative tasks as required.
  5. Be proficient in pool testing and maintenance.
  6. Transport and maintain a steady supply of towels and robes in the spa.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Local knowledge is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a busy 5-star hotel/health club/office environment.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.

  • This is a full-time position with a rostered basis including weekends and evening shifts.
